Summary Beware with this product if you want a refund because they charge a 20% restocking fee. Also, you have to have a return authorization number, which I assume you have to call and ask for. You need to have it in new condition, and all the original packaging and parts need to be sent along with the comb. Obviously, you are planning on keeping it, but you never know. This comb only has one row of low level laser lights, where other combs have two or more rows. This means you will have to use this unit longer to get the same results. Of course, the other brands cost more, so it is up to you if you don't mind having longer treatment times. It does give you fuller, thicker, and healthier looking hair. It is cordless and is light and easy to use. Other more expensive units that have a good reputation would be the HairMax LaserComb Premium and the NEW iGrow Laser Hair Rejuventation System for Home Use - Physician Supported which is very highly recommended, but it does cost quite a bit more than the Sunetics.
