Summary Constructed of steel and plastic, but is by no means cheaply made. Since it does have some plastic construction, it is light and easier to handle than other brands that are heavier. It holds the blade in place securely, and gives you a top notch shave. Blades are a fraction of the cost of other cartridge type blades such as mach3, shick, fusion, and others. The handle is long and makes it easy to hold for those with bigger hands and fingers without leaving you feeling cramped. This would make a terrific starter razor and also great for those who have been shaving with double edge razors for awhile.
Summary Very expensive double edge razor, but well worth the price. This is made in Japan and they have done an excellent job of engineering this into one of the finest razors you can find anywhere, from any brand available. It will give you an excellent close shave while leaving your skin intact. You will have far fewer nicks and cuts than with other heavier models, even other expensive models. The razor clamps down on the blade over all of its surface, keeping it in place, well centered, and razors edge is well supported during shaving. You would have a hard time finding a better safety razor than this one.
Summary An economical Feather safety razor for someone who wants a DE razor but doesn't want to spend a whole lot of money, yet still have a reliable razor. Gives you a close shave while being easy to grip and use. Razor is constructed of plastic and stainless steel.
