Ball Shaving for Men

Ball shaving

The balls are basically the most important parts in men since they carry the reproduction abilities. Among men beyond the age of puberty, the hair that grows on these reproduction bags get overwhelmingly ugly, unhealthy and uncomfortable for most men, according to a recent survey. This, therefore, brings a new dilemma, especially among the men who have no clue about what they can do with all that scrotal or ball hair.

Some of the benefits one can get from shaving balls include:

a) Increased fresh smelling pubic area, since extra hairs typically collects odor.

b) Increases sexual appeal; in a recent survey, 3 in 4 women showed greater interest in men with shaven balls compared to their bushy compatriots making the issue of scrotal hair and sexual attraction a more important decision than most men believe it is.

c) Shaving the scrotal area also comes with the benefit of sensitive skin which bumps up pleasure, especially in sexual stimulation.

d) Shaving is a cheaper and less demanding process, compared to the other hair removal methods such as waxing, which is more painful and could prove dangerous in this part of a man's body.

Although ball shaving is an advocated practice all over the world, it also carries with it a few complications and problems like:

1. Painful hair re-growth

2. Razor blade burns

3. Pimples and scratches in the ball area

4. Skin irritation and itching

5. Occasional cuts and nicks on the scrotal skin, among others.

This could cause a few nightmares and fears among those who want to do it for the first time. The good news is, if the shaving is done with the best shavers, using the bet procedure; ball shaving can be a pleasant experience.

Ball shaving method

The first step in successfully shaving balls is purchasing the best quality shaver. I would personally recommend the Schick Quattro Titanium razor blades. Armed with your Schick Quattro Titanium razor blade, start by slightly cutting the ball hair with a pair of scissors if your bush is longer and bushier.

After that, clean the scrotum with enough water and soap to remove all possible dirt and oils. Next, use a clean towel to remove any excess water covering the scrotum and then apply shaving cream. Holding the edge skin of the balls with the finger-palm fashion, start shaving in gentle, short strokes until you’re done with a big area of the scrotum. Wash the cut hairs off to see the parts of the scrotum that have hair remaining. Reapply shaving cream and shave off the remaining hair patches in a similar fashion. The best tilt angle for shaving the balls should be between 30 and 45 degrees for best results. After the second cycle is over, you can comfortably wash off the shaving cream and hairs, before applying aftershave to avoid bumps and skin irritation.
